In addition to how the student is taught the academic curriculum, schools may provide non-academic services to the student. Boston schools deal with these issues all the time, and they need to understand that parents do not. These program are intended to catch up the child’s delay so later they will be able to function at par with the other kids at their age.

These students receive an education based on the traditional core curriculum but specially tailored to fit their individual needs. However, in certain conditions, special requests for the purpose of research, guidance, or assistance for students at night, may be granted so that lecturers can access the facilities after hours, with the permission of the in-charge officer.
