IB is an educational board that is recognized worldwide. With some support many of the special education students can be in the regular education classrooms. In 1976, the Supreme Court issued another landmark decision in Runyon v. McCrary, ruling that even private, nonsectarian schools that denied admission to students on the basis of race violated federal civil rights laws.
Here cognitive and effective domains are highly exhibited unlike public schools that deal with only cognitive domain. Once the children had been refused admission to the schools designated for whites, the NAACP brought the lawsuit. In 1997, together with a colleague from the Lycée Louis-Vincent de Metz (France), he co-initiated an educational partnership delivering a support programme at Yako Provincial College.
The first priority is always to look through the lens of what are the best steps that will advance ALL students to be college and career ready. But what I am saying is that schools need to have a better system of monitoring these placements and be able to quickly remove students that aren’t working out, and are taking precious learning time away from other students.
