The purpose of ACSI Certification is to strengthen Christian schools by credentialing educators who meet established professional and biblical requirements which promotes continued professional learning and increased effectiveness. Then this understanding of Islamic Philosophy is proven as important in understanding any current senario in the context or our society in this country, among others are on how the implementation of the aspect of Islamic Philosophy of Education is important in viewing the social problem; the implementation of the aspect of Islamic Philosophy of Education in viewing the Environmental Problem; and the aspect of Islamic Philosophy of Education in Viewing the Emotional and Spiritual Intelligences in current society.
The Philosophy of Education Society is an international forum that promotes the philosophic treatment of educational practice, policy and research, advances the quality of teaching the philosophy of education, and cultivates fruitful relationships between and among philosophers, philosophers of education and educators.
The analytical impulse is often seen as expressing a certain philosophical modesty: that philosophers do not prescribe to others what their educational choices ought to be, but simply try to clarify the rational procedures by which those choices should be arrived at. Here metaphors such as referees who try to adjudicate an ongoing activity but remain nonpartisan within it, or groundskeepers who pull up weeds and prepare the soil but do not decide what to plant, tend to predominate in how this version of philosophy of education is presented and justified to others.
The guilt of Western societies shows in a sense that they are not satisfied with the selfishness of the natural human being, but at the same time they have not overcome it. This is to be expected because the demand for overcoming naturalness is moral and is not mechanically relayed by all of society.
In the final part of the course we’ll contemplate as to how these problems might be resolved with the application of different spheres of justice, namely, moral, compassionate and restorative – those educational aspects of justice that has emerged as significant action concepts to minimise and alleviate human contestation, insecurity and suffering.
