For those who don’t know, STEM stands for science, technology, engineering and math. It’s all about self-discipline – the ability to work on your college courses and set aside time to study – even though there are a million other seemingly more important things to do. The graduates of this Department are expected to be in charge inside or outside schools, inside and outside the National Education Department, and in state or private institutions.
Facilities in the Faculty of Technology and Vocational Education, including lecture theatres, laboratories, studios and workshop rooms, are designed to assist student learning. The U.S. Department of Education is also working closely with colleges and universities to help unemployed students meet their financial obligations.
All this adds to student’s development and growth and provides college graduates with an edge over those who have only graduated from high school. Stafford loans are even available to students who don’t have a pressing financial need. As deaf or hard-of-hearing children who have been served through early intervention programs develop, the transition from early intervention to school is an important milestone, with strong implications for academic and social learning.
