Philosophy of educationLearning is the process of acquiring any information that modifies a person’s behavior, values and knowledge base. This book will be of great interest to graduate, postgraduate students as well as research scholars in the field of educational philosophy and history of education. It is clear to everyone that children, who are born innumerate and illiterate, quickly learn the culture and norms of the community they are born into, with the help of those around them and professional teachers.

Without education the human society would be uncivilized and useless hum grouping, without any social, political, religious, and physical developments. The final stage of the TTT approach is the second test that aims to check how students have absorbed the new inputs from the teacher.

Schools and teachers are given considerable freedom to define curricula within collegial structures. I am very excited about the opportunity be a part of the lives of students as they grow intellectually, socially, physically. The present communication will say how we can teach philosophy, and how we can evaluate philosophical learning (High, 1991; ‘Loughlin, 1991), and how we can evaluate critical philosophical learning.

At the same time, Christianity being only optional provides the necessary freedoms to students of other religions, or even atheists who do not want to be influenced by the religious thought. Topics may range widely from important methodological issues in educational research as shaped by the philosophy of science to substantive educational policy problems as shaped by moral and social and political philosophy and educational theory.

The issue of what should be taught to students at all levels of education—the issue of curriculum content—obviously is a fundamental one, and it is an extraordinarily difficult one with which to grapple.
