A Teacher’s Philosophy Of Education
Before we begin it is important to understand the basic definitions of Idealism and Philosophy. For very young children who have yet to acquire or develop the ability to subject teacher declarations to critical scrutiny, there seems to be little alternative to accepting what their teachers tell them. A teacher should know how to include all students in learning at their own level, and a teacher should be able to inspire the students to push themselves to the next level.
Since humans are rational beings educational systems should focus on developing students’ mind. Students in their teens are only forming their future character and certainly need various people to take example from.
