A state-supported, two-year public and historically black college, Bishop State community College is located in Mobile, Alabama, in the United States. Since 2006, Madeleine is the National Coordinator of the CPDE and works in alliance with other coalitions that focus in other human rights like the National Association of Centres, the Steering Committee for Investment in Early Childhood Care and Education, the National Initiative for Children´s Rights and is the education focus at the Agreement Platform for the Fight Against Poverty, a forum of State and civil society organizations.
It takes someone special to be an educator; a person who cares for others, and aims to help students grow to their fullest potential. Schooling is often an important step in our lives but the real education that makes us successful in life takes place outside the controlled environment of a classroom. By learning you will teach; by teaching you will learn. Schools and the means of education shall forever be encouraged.
